Well no wander I also had a bad experience with raya just happened to be next to my house,

I will only add a comment on the Over time:
As you are an employee and you take from your own time to work in any company it's an obligation for ALL the companies to pay their employees the Over time.

As we are all inspired by 25Jan i guess now it's the time to change most of the bad behaviors we see from our companies (including ours as well). so when you work for over time you should ask to get paid for it that's the only fair way i see from my prospective this will not only help us financially only it will also help us being comfortable in companies we work in.

As for the people who share their bad experience it's their rights to express their experience and comment about the post as long as they don’t say any lies at the end we all want the best for the companies we work in and for us.

I have to admit that although GCS had a lot of problems – at that time – including problems in management, trust, resources, and vision; although all of these issues and others, my exit was a kind of smooth. I gave a month notice period and left a few days before the end of the 30 days and guess what; I got my paycheck in full (excluding the early-leave days). One last note; I totally agree with M. Alaa in spreading his bad experience so that others can learn; however, I am against some guys who posted some inappropriate replies. Come on, guys, be professional. Share your experience without being rude or use inappropriate words against whoever is. Final note: Who the heck pays overtime in Egypt…?! Yes there are a couple of companies do so, but as a common rule, nobody does. Anyway, it’s your decision to work overtime or not (don’t tell me it’s not).
